Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 55ase ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 55ase website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, accessing a casino game or otherwise using any part of the 55ase Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using the Platform.

55ase reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement and in all associated policies, unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Account Eligibility

Access to the 55ase Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law. The Platform is strictly adults-only. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any Services.
• Legal capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in the jurisdiction where you are located. You are not acting under legal disability, guardianship or restriction that would invalidate this Agreement.
• Jurisdiction: You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. You are responsible for independently determining the legality of online gambling in your specific location before registering.
• One account per person: You maintain only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, current and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not a politically exposed person: You are not a politically exposed person (PEP), nor are you subject to international sanctions that would prohibit your use of financial services platforms.
• Personal use only: You are using the Platform for your personal entertainment only and are not acting on behalf of any other person, commercial entity or third-party organisation.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of Services including deposits, withdrawals and bonus activation, you must complete the registration process and, when requested, the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. 55ase reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during your use of the Platform.

• Registration: You must provide a valid email address, a secure password and any other information required during the registration form. All fields must be completed accurately.
• Identity verification: KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document. For Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport is the standard accepted document.
• Proof of address: The Platform may request a proof of address document — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence — dated within three months and clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Liveness check: A real-time selfie, video or biometric liveness check may be required to match your identity document against your physical appearance. Follow on-screen instructions precisely.
• Payment verification: You may be required to verify that the payment account used for deposits matches your registered account name. This applies to bank transfers and digital wallets including those provided as references in the cashier.
• Document integrity: You must never alter, crop, obscure, edit or falsify any identity document submitted. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Secure submission: Identity documents must only be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive documents via unsecured email, chat applications or third-party channels.
• Withdrawal hold: 55ase may place a hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC. This hold will be lifted once verification is satisfactorily completed and approved.

Terms of Use

Your use of the 55ase Platform is governed by the following general terms of use. These apply at all times, regardless of the specific product or feature you are accessing.

• Personal access: Your account credentials are personal and confidential. You must not share your login details, password or access tokens with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Account security: You must notify 55ase support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 55ase will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to secure your credentials, unless such failure is directly caused by Platform negligence.
• Accurate balance: You may only wager funds that are legitimately deposited in your account. Exploiting technical errors, display bugs or miscalculated balances is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Platform availability: 55ase aims to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues or force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions.
• Compliance with instructions: You agree to comply with all Platform instructions, policies and procedures communicated by 55ase, including updates to these Terms, game-specific rules, bonus terms and responsible gambling guidance.
• No professional gambling: The Services are provided for recreational entertainment purposes. 55ase does not operate as a financial service, investment platform or income-generation mechanism.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live betting, casino games and other wagering products available on 55ase are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market and product type. The following general rules apply across all products.

• Bet acceptance: A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number or receipt has been issued by the Platform. Unconfirmed bets, whether due to connectivity issues or Platform delay, are not binding on either party.
• Odds changes: Odds on sports markets may change before a wager is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select a bet and the time of confirmation, the Platform will notify you of the new odds and offer you the option to accept or decline the revised price.
• Void bets: 55ase reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds pricing, event cancellation, match abandonment, score corrections, data feed failures and confirmed rule violations by the market participant.
• In-play betting: Live or in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event. Bets placed during a suspended market period will be voided. In-play odds are updated based on live data feeds and are subject to latency.
• Cricket-specific markets: For PSL, ICC, T20 International and other cricket markets, settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Weather-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results are settled according to the official outcome.
• Casino RNG: All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games use certified random outcome systems. The Platform does not manipulate outcomes. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not guaranteed within any individual session.
• Maximum winnings: Applicable maximum payout limits per event, per day or per product category may apply. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules and may be updated from time to time.

Bonuses & Promotions

55ase may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer and the general bonus principles outlined in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is always calculated on the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and live casino games may have different contribution percentages. Check the specific bonus terms for a contribution table.
• Expiry: All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be forfeited without compensation.
• Withdrawal restriction: Where a bonus is active, withdrawal of the bonus balance (and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds) is restricted until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Abuse: 55ase reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse bonus funds in cases of suspected bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts or any other practice deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55ase Platform are subject to the following terms. Payment method availability, minimum/maximum transaction limits and processing windows are published in the Platform cashier and may be updated periodically.

• Deposit currency: Deposits are processed in PKR for Pakistani users where the relevant payment method supports it. Currency conversion fees may apply where the underlying payment network settles in a different currency.
• Accepted payment methods: Payment methods available in the cashier may include bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others), digital wallets referenced as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency where supported. These are contextual references only — 55ase does not claim that any of these providers endorse or support online gambling.
• Minimum deposits: A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Deposits below the minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC verification being completed and approved.
• Processing time: Withdrawal processing windows vary by payment method and are published in the cashier. 55ase aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party payment network delays.
• Name matching: The name on the payment account used for deposits or withdrawals must match the name on the registered 55ase account. Mismatches will result in transaction rejection and may trigger additional KYC review.
• Source of funds: 55ase reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited, as part of ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension.
• No third-party transactions: You may not deposit or withdraw using payment accounts belonging to another person. All transactions must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name.

Responsible Gambling

55ase is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help users maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gambling obligations and tools apply to all registered accounts.

• Adults only: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory and will be enforced through the KYC process.
• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: You may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month. When this threshold is reached, further gameplay will be suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session time limits: You may configure a maximum session duration. The Platform will notify you when your session limit is approaching and will prompt you to take a break when it expires.

• No encouragement to breach limits: 55ase staff and systems will not encourage users to increase limits, remove self-exclusions prematurely or continue playing when a responsible gambling concern is identified.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55ase Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, permanent ban from the Platform and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including submission of falsified identity documents, use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud or deliberate exploitation of Platform errors.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, cycle or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime scheme. All accounts are monitored for suspicious transaction patterns.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, or using multiple accounts in coordination with others to abuse bonus structures or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of robotic or automated wagering tools, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, poker table play, or any other gaming scenario where collusion creates an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Hacking and interference: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, attack or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including its APIs, data feeds, RNG systems or payment processing components.
• Match fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting outcomes, or attempting to influence sporting events for the purpose of betting advantage.
• Minors: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum eligible age.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 55ase Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical interface, written content, software code, game assets, odds data and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 55ase or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 55ase.

Cricket league names, team names, tournament branding and sports league logos referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners. 55ase does not claim any partnership, sponsorship or official affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any affiliated team or governing body. These references are used solely for contextual identification of sports betting markets.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55ase excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from betting decisions, game outcomes, system downtime, data loss, payment delays or any action taken by 55ase in enforcing these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55ase makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content, odds data or game outcome presented on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 55ase's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain exclusions, those exclusions shall be read as limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. 55ase is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform, whether those losses arise from wagers, bonus forfeiture or any other cause associated with your account activity.

Amendments

55ase reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to account eligibility requirements, bonus terms, payment conditions or user obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications and formatting updates that do not alter user rights or obligations — may be made without specific notification. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may contact support to request account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 55ase holds its operating licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request from our support team.

In the event of a dispute between you and 55ase, you should first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, you may have the right to escalate it to an applicable dispute resolution body depending on the operator's licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.
